How do I amend my order?
We cannot amend an order once it has been placed, please cancel the order and place a new one.
Can I add an item to my order?
Once you have checkout you are unable to add an item, please place an additional order.

Order cancellations are on a case by case basis depending on the timeframe, you cannot cancel the order once it has been shipped.
What size bed does the bedding fit?
All bedding fits standard United Kingdom single beds.
What are the sizes in cm and inches?
Single Flat Sheet W180 x L300cm / W71 x L118inches 
Single Duvet Cover W140 x L200cm / W55 x L79inches
Single Pillowcase W50 x L75cm / W20 x L30inches
Baby Pillowcase W30 x L40cm / W12 X 16inches 

Could I do bespoke sizes?
Please email contact@maisont.co.uk if you would like to discuss bespoke sizes for queen, double or king size beds. 
Which payment methods are accepted?
Master Card, VISA, Paypal, Apple Pay
Estimated Delivery Time?
Estimated delivery time for UK orders is between 1-4 working days, international orders will vary.

Shipping Costs?
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer until it is received back at Maison T.
If you would like to change the shipping address on your order before it has been shipped please email contact@maisont.co.uk

Additional Duties and Taxes?
Additional duties and taxes on international orders outside of the United Kingdom will be payable on delivery, these costs are the responsibility of the customer. This includes costs on returns to Maison T which will be deducted from your refund.
How long is UK mainland delivery?
United Kingdom mainland delivery is estimated between 1-5 working days.
How long is international delivery?
International deliveries are estimated between 3 – 5 working days with FedEx.
How do I change the delivery address?
If you need to change the delivery address you have provided on your order for any reason please email contact@maisont.co.uk and we will be able to assist you.
When do I receive my tracking number?
You will receive your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Can I express my delivery?
If you need your order expedited please email contact@maisont.co.uk and we will do our upmost to accommodate you.  
Will I have to pay import and duties on my order?
Duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout and not be due on delivery.

RETURNS
We hope that you are happy with your MAISON T order however should you want a refund or to exchange please email contact@maisont.co.uk
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of shipment for a full refund.

We do not pay for returns to be shipped back to MAISON T, until we receive the product back in intact condition it is the customers responsibility.

If you are returning an order from outside the United Kingdom you are responsible for any duties and taxes. 

Gift card purchases are final and cannot be returned. 


HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Once your return has been received back it will take approximately 5 working days to process the refund.

You will be notified once your return has been received and your refund issued.

RETURN POLICY
Returns will be accepted within 14 days of shipment for a full refund or will be happy to exchange for another style within 21 days.


HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE
If you would like to exchange a product, please return the product using the normal returns process and repurchase the correct item.

IT HAS BEEN LONGER THAN 14 DAYS CAN I STILL MAKE A RETURN?
If you return an item outside of the 14 day returns period, we will issue you a refund in the form of a credit note which will be emailed to you

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED
Whether exercising your legal right to cancel, or returning a product under our returns policy, you do not have the right to return the following/cancel Yours order in respect of products that are made to your unique specification or that are personalised for you, such as items bearing your name or initials, used and or opened bedding.

RETURNING A GIFT
An item that was received by you as a gift can be returned for an exchange or credit note, please email contact@maisont.co.uk

FAULTY ITEMS
We are very disappointed on the rare occasions our customers receive a faulty item. Make sure you let us know about the fault so we can make sure other items are not affected. If you have identified the fault within 14 days of purchase, please email contact@maisont.co.uk
